Welcome to PinSuite. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

PinSuite provides tools to download, back up, and export publicly accessible Pinterest content (boards, sections, profiles, and pins). We also offer a browser extension for accessing private/secret boards that you own.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PinSuite. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Only download content you have the right to access
Respect the intellectual property rights of original content creators
Use downloaded content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have permission from the content owner
Not use PinSuite for bulk scraping, data mining, or any purpose that violates Pinterest's terms
Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit downloaded content without appropriate rights

5. Content Ownership

PinSuite does not claim ownership of any Pinterest content you download. The original content remains the property of its respective creators. PinSuite is a tool — responsibility for how you use downloaded content rests with you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Monthly plan ($14.99/mo): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period.
Lifetime plan ($99): One-time payment. Access to all current and future features for the lifetime of the service.
Refunds: Contact us if you have any issues with your subscription.

7. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete all your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pinterest may change their platform in ways that temporarily affect PinSuite's functionality. We will work to resolve such issues promptly.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

PinSuite is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
